Driving directions
The Casa do Loureiro is located near the Kilometer 53 on National
Road 108 called "Marginal do Douro”, which begins in Porto and goes
near the river. Follow the municipal road that starts near the junction
between the roads EN108 and EN 320, in place of Bouça da Carreira,
Freguesia de Sande. At the end of this municipal road is the Casa do
Loureiro.
As alternative access is Highway A4, Vila Real
direction, until the exit for Marco de Canaveses. After this exit enter
into the EN 211 and cross the city of Marco de Canaveses.
On reaching the junction of EN 211 with EN 210 turn right and travel
for 5 km through the Forest Protected Zone of Montedeiras and the small
town of Penhalonga. After Penhalonga turn to the right to the
aforementioned EN 108, in the area of S. Sebastian, Penhalonga in
direction to Port, and then travel 4Km until you arrive in Bouça da
Carreira. The house is located 1000 meters from this location.
